SMS Terms & Conditions

Program Description

CollectFlo provides accounts receivable follow-up services on behalf of home services companies ("our clients"). As part of this service, we send SMS text messages to our clients' customers regarding outstanding invoices. These messages include payment reminders, payment confirmations, and related account notifications.

Messages are sent from +1 (833) 454-4463 on behalf of the business that invoiced you.

How Consent Is Obtained

When a home services company engages CollectFlo to manage their accounts receivable follow-up, they authorize us to contact their customers on their behalf regarding outstanding invoices. This authorization is established through CollectFlo's service agreement with each client.

Our clients maintain existing business relationships with the recipients of these messages. All messages relate directly to outstanding invoices for services that have already been provided and agreed upon. By receiving services and an invoice from one of our client companies, the recipient has an established business relationship that forms the basis for these communications.

No mobile information collected through this program will be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Message Frequency & Content

  • Frequency: You may receive up to 5 messages per month per outstanding invoice. Messages are only sent on business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Content: Messages relate to outstanding invoice payment reminders, including the invoice number, amount due, and how to make a payment.
  • Message & data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your messaging plan.

Sample Messages

"Hi [Name], this is a reminder from [Company Name] that invoice #1234 for $2,500.00 is due in 2 days. Questions? Reply to this message."
"Hi [Name], invoice #1234 for $2,500.00 from [Company Name] is now 7 days past due. Please arrange payment at your earliest convenience. Reply STOP to opt out."

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.

If you opt out of SMS, you may still receive communications via email or phone regarding your outstanding invoices.

Supported Carriers

Messages are supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We only use your phone number for the purpose of sending invoice-related payment reminders on behalf of the business that provided you services.
