The short version
We collect your contact information only when you give it to us. We use it to send you what you asked for and to follow up about CollectFlo. We use standard analytics and advertising cookies to understand how people find us. We do not sell your information. Information you give us
When you request our DSO Benchmark Report, use the AR Cost Calculator, book a call, or email us, we collect what you provide — typically your name, email address, company name, and any figures you enter into our tools. Calculator inputs (AR balance, DSO, and similar) run in your browser; if you submit a form, they are stored with your submission so our follow-up is relevant to your situation.
If you reach us through a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form, we receive the information you submitted on that form (such as your name, email, and company), as described on the form itself.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies:
- LinkedIn Insight Tag. Helps us measure how our LinkedIn advertising performs and lets us show ads to people who have visited this site. LinkedIn provides this data to us in aggregate form. LinkedIn's own privacy policy governs what LinkedIn collects.
- Server logs. Basic technical data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed — used for security and keeping the site running.

Who we share it with
Service providers that help us operate: email delivery, scheduling (Calendly), form storage (Google), and advertising platforms (LinkedIn). They process this information to provide their services, under their own privacy commitments. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone else unless required by law.
Your choices
- Email: opt out anytime — every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option, or just reply and tell us to stop.
- LinkedIn ads: opt out of LinkedIn retargeting via LinkedIn's ad settings.
- Cookies: block or clear them in your browser settings at any time.
Retention and your rights
We keep contact information for as long as it's relevant to serving you or marketing our services. Email hello@collectflo.com to access, correct, or delete your information, and we'll handle it promptly.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from them.
